Qualifications
- Basic programming skills (any language)
- Strong logical and structured thinking

Responsibilities
- Strong experience integrating AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) into workflows for content generation, decision-making, and process optimization
- Build and improve automation processes based on Airtable
- Design and implement new features and automations
- Debug and improve existing automations and workflows
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into solutions
- Ask clarifying questions and propose structured approaches
- Prototype and develop solutions using AI tools
- Document processes and product logic (Confluence or similar)
- Support users in Slack (basic questions, setup help, troubleshooting)
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and simple way, as the role involves frequent interaction with stakeholders
