Job Description

Responsibilities
- Attend to customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Keep proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Must be courteous, patient, and customer-oriented.
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
